What?
World Cup of Kyykka, the northernmost academic kyykka competition.

Where?
At the University Of Oulu region.

When?
Saturday February 25th 2012.

How can I participate?
You can register your team here starting from January 16st.

How much does it cost and what does it include?
The registration fee is 40 euros per four member team. It includes the tournament fee,  student price meals (take your student ID with you), textile patches and tickets to the afterparty.

Will there be a warm-up party before the official end-party?
Yes. After the finals there's a warm-up party at Teekkaritalo between 17:00 and 22:30. Sauna is on the house but bring your own towel and refreshments. Teekkaritalo's doors will be closed at 22:30. After that is time to go the the official end-party at Club Dione.

Can I change the composition of the team after registering it?
Yes. You can send an email about the changes to your team to info(at)wcok.fi. The deadline for the lineup changes is Thursday the 24th of February at 8:50PM (20:59).

Other useful information:

Tournament office:
The tournament office can be found near lecture hall L2 and the green racks. The easiest access to the office from the fields is through door 2T (next to the bus stop). From the other side of the university you can go through door J. The map of the university can be found here.
Lavatories:
The lavatories are located near the tournament office.

Dining:
Also the university's restaurant is located next to the tournament office and it's open from 9 AM to 3 PM. Take your student ID with you as you can get a 2,50e discount from normal priced food.

Bus routes:
The easiest way to get to the university from downtown is by buses number 4, 6 and 19. Check the schedules here.
